hi ppl i have sa and low self esteem but i know how to act confident and thats what making me less screwed up so i think i took it fro my dad
so my dad in the past he used to hit my mom for anything and i heard once my sister when she was young she tried to stop him but he hit her hard that she he throwed her to the edge of the fridge.
like when he get mad his face change and im sure when my mom was pregnant of me she was suffering and crying alot
we never sit with him and talk he always watch tv alone but hes not shy from social situations but now his anger is gone and hes nice and we all love him
but he always act like kids in many situations but nvm but i think i took it from him and ty for reading and replying :)
