I've been working out for years, but recently started lifting again, in the form of kettle bells. After I'm done, my muscles shake and then I get dizzy and feel weird. It's not my heart or anything, this has been happening for years and one of the reasons I stopped lifting and just do cardio on the treadmill.
But I miss the benefits of lifting, increased stamina, libido, etc... .
But this morning I overdid it. I felt great when I did the cardio portion of the kettle bell workout, then I did the abs portion and after I start to shake, feel weird and then I have to drink a F*****G beer (which I hate) and take a clonazepam. This pisses me off to no end.
