I have been prescribed anticholinergics several times in the past. I have not taken them more than a few times. I had some nasty side effects, but I believe that was mostly due to me taking kratom as well. Anyway, I am no longer taking kratom and I would like to give anticholinergics a shot.
My only concern is that anticholinergics cause dry mouth. I know that saliva is very important for protecting your teeth. Would having dry mouth for a long period of time lead to tooth decay, even if you make sure to brush your teeth after eating. I would like to keep my teeth in good shape. I already worry about my teeth, so this is a concern of mine.
Any input?
