So I have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and am currently on citropran.
I really struggle to be around people, It's hard for me to get on tubes or buses and I very rarely work anymore. I always think that people are judging me, looking at me, staring. Which then makes me think I must be doing something weird, saying something strange.
And then there are the thoughts, I have these horrible thoughts that hurt me so much, I would never ever in a million years hurt any one or be rude to any one but these thoughts that go round and round in my head are not nice.
Hopefully I can meet someone like me on here and we can help each other
