Yesterday morning I decided that I wanted to do some shopping. It's probably been two or three months since I last left the house longer than an hour but I was feeling positive so I woke up my mother and we went.
It was a pretty good day. I only became upset once when I saw some idiot parking sideways and blocking three parking spaces. I told my mother to park next to him and as we tried to move into the parking space he straightened his car a bit so he was only blocking two spaces. I decided to ignore him and try to continue enjoying the day.
I purchased a broken model Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf. B. I should have fun trying to repair it and painting it in proper colours.
I also purchased an air handgun/revolver*. That's where things started to get difficult. I had been to this store perhaps four or five times before to examine this handgun and the woman that works there is really cute. By pointing at the gun and using my mother to communicate I managed to purchase the handgun. I felt a bit stupid afterwards and now I need a new excuse to go to that store to see the cute woman.
My last purchase were some books. One of them was a Social Anxiety Workbook that was used. I've only flipped thru it so far and didn't read everything but from the entries it seems like the girl decided to give up.
It was saddening but at the same time I think it was an amazing find.
Once I got home and started going over the gun more thoroughly I realized that the air magazine was extremely hard to remove. Actually I couldn't get it out. My father and me returned to the store since the gun had a one year warranty. The Store Manager, Cashier, and two other employees (That's what I call excellent customer service.) who were more familiar with air handguns stood around trying to figure out what the problem was. Eventually one of the employees managed to get the air mag out of one of the other guns they had brought out. Turns out it wasn't broken. It just needs alot of work to wiggle it out. Since the air mag on the second was slightly easier to remove they gave me that one.
Afterwards my father was hungry so we went to Quiznos. We ordered large sub sandwiches and made penis jokes (we're immature like that).
Then things got difficult again. I needed to wash my hands since they were covered in gun oil. The washroom was occupied so I waited. When I finally got in I scanned the room for security cameras (I have found security cameras in a washroom once before. In that case the cameras were watching the sinks. Apparently someone had clogged them, flooded the washroom and smeared their crap all over the walls. I also recall a similar incident when I was going to school.) /wtf.
Anyway once I was sure there no cameras I used the toilet then cleaned the oil and grease off my hands. That was terrifying. I felt like everyone in the restaurant could see me thru the walls. I finally finished, ate my food and left without any other problems.
If I get out enuf I may eventually punch so many holes in this barrier that's holding me back that it will fall apart.
So basically nothing interesting happened. However, I did manage to get out of my house for the whole day so that's a very good improvement for me.
* About the handgun/revolver thing. It looks similar to a Glock but it's loaded by pulling back the slide and inserting a cylinder into what would be the extractor on a normal gun. The air magazine slides into the grip.
