I am respectfully posting this to share my view on how to cope with SA. In the past I have compared myself to friends, family, and co-workers. This has been very negative for me and I am gradually stopping from doing this. The honest truth is that everyone is different and develops at different rates. Respectfully venting that I get frustrated with all the negative posts about why people don't like me and other self absorbed posts. I admit I have done this and it can be helpful to share and connect with people that are experiencing this with you. Does anyone else feel that people generally want to better their lives and it requires great risks and yes failures are a part of this experience. Idk I guess my main point is that for me a big part to feeling more at ease with my life is to realize that comparing others to you to the point of obsession is unhealthy.

Hey,

so this is a positive post, I have been looking for a new job as my last job was not a good fit for me. After countless email and interviews which as you can assume were nerverwrecking I got a call from an employer that I had two interviews with and yesterday he called back to let me know he wants to offer me a job @ 18/hour!! boo ya I am so happy and my stress level has gone down so much. Just had to do a positive vent!

Thanks for reading
