So Obama has been forced to apologise to California attorney general Kamala Harris after he said she was "the best-looking attorney general in the country".



It's not even as though this is the only comment he made about her. Prior to this, he praised her for her dedication and fairness in her role as attorney general.



I'm really getting sick and tired of Feminists taking shots at men even when they have no legitimate concerns. This is why the movement isn't taken seriously because instead of dealing with real gender equality issues, they feel the need to scream "sexist!" at every possible moment. I guess they haven't read the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

I remember after Sandy Hook some gun nuts were saying "we need armed teachers to prevent this happpening in the future!" Now, at the time I didn't take this seriously and thought it was just the usual NRA hyperbole but unfortunately I was wrong and South Dakota are going to permit teachers and other school staff to carry firearms.



Frankly, this decision is ridiculous. Even if a madman breaks into the school and starts shooting people then, in the chaos of the moment, the teacher is just as likely to shoot a student as they are the criminal. That's not to mention what will happen if a teacher starts to have a mental breakdown in the classroom.



I guess this gives a whole new meaning to the term corporal punishment!
