I'm going to start to run, I printed out a schedule which is really basic but then again I have no fitness whatsoever!
The schedule builds up over 10 weeks with the end result being 5km without stopping.
I'm thinking to run in the early mornings before going to class (as cold as it might be) but what this thread really is about is to ask for tips
any tips regarding special wear or other reminders are very very welcome!
