Being Creative Helps?

So we all know creative therapy exists. But does being creative or inventive helps you personally?



Wich could mean you express yourself in word, writing, painting, photographing, desinging, playing music/singing, cooking, brainstorming/creating new ideas/solutions, helping others...







Personally I love to express myself in as many ways I can and do not want to limit myself. It helps to stay mentally fresh and renews my spirit. I think jobs require at least a little creative thinking or doing. So be creative :)
