Hey everyone.
After about a year with not therapy I've finally gone back to see a therapist. I have usually gone to seek help rather hesitantly but this time I'm going back with purpose and determination and so far I have successfully completed some of the 'baby steps' in my goals :)
Have you just had your first session (or a few)? How have you gone into it and how are you finding these early stages?
