Important phonecall but im to scared to answer the phone!

So Ive had 5 missed calls of the prison today (My brothers in prison) but Im too scared to answer the phone or ring them back. When I saw the incoming call I pressed the "silence" button. Now they have stopped ringing and Im scared because I dont know what they wanted. I feel like Im going to have a panic attack or something. Help! x
