I suffer from social anxiety from time to time, I believe I am making progress such as meating new friends but I am paranoid along the way.
My phobia, I am extremely nervous when I speak to an attractive woman. I find it very nerve wrecking whilst I speak to someone who I fancy. I am absolutely fine with out males on the basis that there ego is not huge or gay men. ( I am straight ) I am very concerned about how female partically those who are attractive see/judge me.
The catch, I have been single for a year I was with my girlfriend was 8 years and I really want a girlfriend. I have not had experience of dating this "new kind of confidence" that I have been faced with when I broke up with my ex.
When I was in a relationship with my girlfriend I thought that I did not need confidence as I was with someone.
My Aim: I want to get friendly with plenty of people of all ends of the spectrum. I want to be confident around woman partically those who I like. I want too show them at I am confident fun caring and sensitive.
Not sure what to do thanks.
