So does anyone else get a random urge to cry without anything to trigger it?
Today I was at work and walked into the cool-room. Nobody was around, I had no negative thoughts (I was quite focused on work) and all of a sudden I get this feeling in my stomach and get this urge to burst out in tears. I admit I popped a few tearies, but nothing major. This isn't the first time it's happened. Just wondering why this happens and who else goes through this.
