Can anyone relate to my diagram?

Sat on my bed and decided to do some research on my anxiety I have had for the past year and a bit, and did up a little diagram of my main struggle in life at the moment.

Continuous EVERYDAY cycle:

Anxiety disorder → Generalized Anxiety Disorder → [SQUARE 1] Shaky Lips and facials → …Therefore, emotionless (fake emotions put on) → Speech Disorder (articulation of fricative consonants) → …Therefore, anxiety in social situations (meaning, all you can think of when talking to someone is being or looking worried, especially looking emotionless) → …Therefore blood pressure to the head → Lack of Concentration → Stress → Excessive Worry about ALL of this EVERYDAY → (Back to SQUARE 1)

This cycle gives me negative every-single-damn-day anxious thoughts/feeling where I am surprised my head has not yet exploded!!

I'M ACTUALLY LUCKY TO NOT HAVE A SINGLE THOUGHT OF ANXIETY/WORRY FOR 10-20 OR SO SECONDS WITHOUT HAVING TO DISTRACT MYSELF.

Can anyone relate to this, and/or maybe give me advice on what I should do to improve?
