My Opinion on SA and Getting a Job

The way I see it, someone with a disability might need to find a certain job that they can do with their disability. To me - my SA has disabled me from having a social life and in my opinion I feel I want a job that works with my disabling SA. I feel I should be able to find a job were there are people my age in which I can get along with and feel good around who wont make fun of me, or who could be an acquaintance or friend down the line.

Not many people agree with this at all, I went to a job interview today, it was an office job but only one other person works there, a 60 year old Indian who I have nothing in common with - I really don't need a job like crazy now, and would rather wait till I can find a job were there are people my own age or people with stuff in common - or my life will be going to work and not socializing and feeling good, then coming home and not socializing and feeling good.

I at least want to be in a job were theres a chance of making a friend or something, it is a big thing for me, for my job to be part of my social life, if I have a job were this is not the case it will not work well with my SA and depression and I will basically just be even more depressed at work.

I pretty much am sure this would not be the case if I had a social life, or a girlfriend, if I had something to do after work with friends or family - then any job would do, but in my current position with SA this is jut how I feel.
