What kind of withdrawal am I in for this time

I been eating 40 Mgs Ativan 19 clonazepam and 40 diazepam with an occasional 300 mg Librium dose or 2 mg Xanax i been on and off detoxed and retoxed for 25,years that list is this past year given my history and recent abuse I could idea lil feed back on what I may be facing tues in detox it's worse every time I hear and this will be like time 20.... Help??
