Why do people stare then give me the angry look

You know i don't know why but I've notice whenever i go to places and see people when i look at them they just stare at me, but if i look at them for more then 4 seconds they start giving me this angry look, why , why is it ok for them to stare at me but i cant stare back at them,



i feel almost every person has this problem, or if there not angry there smirking away like i have my zipper down or something, i dont get it, like example yesterday i went to the shop bought some chocolate them this asian girl starts smirking away and i looked at her and thought wtf are you smiling about, what i cant buy chocolate, why are people so damn rude
