1)Ok I have never (that I can remember) said "I love you" to my parents. Now do I care about them? YES. Well I care about my dad but we have had a rough past. he verbally abused me when I was younger, but we are getting along better now that I have grown up and gone out on my own.
Now I have told an ex before I love you(when we were dating) with no problem, but the idea of saying it to my parents to me is just a bit weird. Like, they know how I feel about them so why say it? I think it had to do with the fact that " I love you" is something you say to your significant other and has sort of a sexual meaning to it since you are likely having sex with that person. My love for my parents is a different kind of love. SO yea, it's weird i guess
Anyone else feel that?
2) Crying and death. When a family member passes away, I hardly cry. When my grandpa passed I didn;t cry at all, I wasn't to close to him though but i did feel bad. When my great grandma passed I choked up but didn't really cry.
I'll cry over a song or an animal or a movie, or seeing a emotional clip on tv but don't cry over death alot
is that bad? I feel horrible when someone loses a family member but I don't really cry
