No, THIS time he didn't do any illegal inking of his own! LOLz!!!
The Biebz new permanent arm accessory is a sign of good luck and good fortune...
And even if he has been VERY fortunate in his life so far, after all the shiz he's been in lately, we totally get its significance!
EVERYONE can use a bit of extra luck now and then, right??!
While we're all for some sweet ink, he better slow down!
