Please calm down. It's definitely not rape. The only way I see trouble is if your behavior toward the other person was perceived as threatening to her and that person was fearful of being harmed. Then, yes, it is rape.
If the other person feels as if they do not have a choice to get out of allowing sexual contact because of threatening behavior toward that person than it would be rape.
As long as your "threat" of self harm is not violent and/or potentially physically harmful to the other person, then you would be in no way assaulting the other person.
I think your method of self-harm could be in play here of how it is perceived as threatening to the other person. If it involves violence and the person is in your company when you make the statements about carrying out the act then the other person could feel threatened by you and your behavior and this could be sexual assault.
However, if the other person does not feel threatened for their own safety in this situation then it is not sexual assault.
