Coping on a day trip to see a girl

I'm going a bit crazy with worry so thought I would post here to get it all out and to get some advice. I'm going to travel to a different city in a couple of weeks to see a girl. She knows I like her and asked if I wanted to see her. I'm not worried about meeting her I'm worried about my anxiety. It's a big thing for me to travel to another city and be social, never mind going to meet a girl. I really want to come across well and don't want to be nervous and shy. I'm worried that we might go out for dinner, or shopping or worst go to a club :afr I don't want to go all that way and have a panic attack:(



So any advice?



Hopefully I can get all my insecurities out the way now and enjoy myself.:)
