Does anyone know about your SA? (I just told my friend)

So, I told my friend about my SA, Panic Disorder and GAD at school on Thursday, and he's been really supportive since. It was because, I had to go out of lessons to see the school psychiatrist for my anxiety, and he asked, "why are you skiving?" He also said, "is it because you don't have many friends? Because, you don't talk to anyone, you know that, right? A load of people think you're rude.".



So I ended up telling him WHY I haven't been turning up for some lessons, and why I missed a whole day of school recently. I was worried he'd tell everyone, but he hasn't. All he's said is, if anyone asks why I'm not in a lesson, "he's doing something you don't need to know about".



Have you told anyone about your SA, or any other disorders you may have?
