But Kim Kardashian 's dream to reach a divorce agreement before she gave birth finally came true on Friday, as predicted by the source report we discussed with you on Thursday.
Kris Humphries apparently realized he was losing the case, and would most likely come out of it owing more money than before, so sources say they reached a confidential settlement to end the mess once and for all.
The agreement will be announced in court Friday, but it is already believed that Kim's other wish came true -- the papers will show this is a divorce, not an annulment.
It's being reported that Kris will NOT show up to court today, but Kim will.
