Hi everyone :) First of all, I wanna share few things about my anxiety. I actually discovered that I've Social Anxiety very recently i.e., only a couple of weeks back!
I realized that there's something wrong me in socializing with people. I don't feel comfortable in social situations. I behave in weird ways around the people. I struggle with making conversation, feeling at ease around others and expressing myself effectively. So when I told all these things to a stranger @OMEGLE, he said, "Bro it sounds like you've Social Anxiety Disorder man". Hence finally got to know that I've SA (thanks to that stranger).
And I request you all to please share your experience also i.e., when did you actually discover that you've SA? ; What steps have you taken so far to fix your SA?; and finally what is the progress?
