The problem with me is that I'd probably be a good employee when I was there working but I'd always eventually do something stupid like oversleep and not show up for work. Just because that's how I am.
If you add it up and you expect someone like me to be at a job on time every day for years and years, it's just not going to happen. As far as being honest and trustworthy and so on, I've got all that. I would never steal from my employer. I do have good ethics. Except if that clock goes off at 4 AM and it's 5 degrees below zero outside and I don't want to get up, that's going to be the day when the pressure is on for me to find an excuse not to show up.
And it's just going to start grinding away. Even if I make it one day, it's a matter of time before it gets me.
And of course, I have other issues like frequent headaches. Bad ones. And they just happen to be the kind I tend to wake up with if I had a good nights sleep.
