I can't stand my SA anymore. Before I just thought I was shy, but then I realized that I actually have SA.
I always feel like people are judging me, it's the worst. I avoid going shopping by myself, or things like that because I'm worried about being judged. I'm 17 in high school and I've barely made any friends. I'm athletic, pretty good looking, but as a guy I CANNOT talk to girls. The only time I can is when I've drank a bit and I have that I don't give a **** attitude. This goes for pretty much everyone, I don't know what to say to them, I can't keep a convo going, I can't make eye contact.
Would xanax help me? I can't stand living like this anymore. I know how addicting it is and stuff, but would occasional use benefit me and help me make friends and stop caring about what others think?
