I wonder if there are people here who cope with their problems by putting things in perspective. Look at what happens in Syria, or look at the refugee camps in kenia where people are starving from draught, or look at the billions of animals worldwide that suffer in the bio-industry.
If you do this how can you still feel miserable about how you look or your social anxiety. Maybe the best treatment for social anxiety is doing voluntary work in a third world country where people fight each day to get some bread on the table?
I think a lot of people here would be ashamed of themselves after they did this and would see their problems in a more healthy way.
