Too scared to leave my bedroom

I can't leave my bedroom, because I'll have to walk past my landlord's daughters bedrooms and my landlord's study where he's working. I can hear them outside my room. I haven't eaten or drank anything today nor have I showered or been to the toilet, what can I do I can't leave this ****ing room. This is so pathetic how can I think of myself as a decent worthwhile human being if I can't exit my own bedroom?
