Beauty for ethnics

I find it a shame that some of my favourite makeup channels like pixiwoo and lisaelridge rarely use ethnic models when creating looks. Different ethnicities have different makeup/skincare concerns and it would be nice to discover blogs and youtube channels which address these issues.
